Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to legal transactions between Pizza Express Massimo and the responsible pizza delivery service for the corresponding delivery area (hereinafter "Pizza Express Massimo"), as well as their customers in the context of order facilitation through the website pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch. The services provided by Pizza Express Massimo through the pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch online ordering service are solely offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs"). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the T&Cs. Pizza Express Massimo reserves the right to change the T&Cs at any time. The version of the T&Cs published on pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch at the time of the order is decisive.

The pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch online ordering service allows customers to order food and drinks available at Pizza Express Massimo online. This service is available exclusively for deliveries in Switzerland.

Restrictions of the online ordering service remain reserved.
3. Order and Delivery

By placing the order, the customer submits a binding and final offer to purchase the selected products under the stated terms within the ordering process. The acceptance of the order is usually confirmed by Pizza Express Massimo via email. Pizza Express Massimo reserves the right to refuse delivery without giving reasons. The resale of the products is only permitted in Pizza Express Massimo's own stores; resale is generally prohibited.
The minimum order value specified on pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch for the respective delivery area is binding. If this value is not reached by the ordered products, an additional charge will automatically be calculated to make up the difference between the order value and the minimum order value.
For delivery by the courier service, the customer's address and telephone number, as well as the order, will be recorded. The delivery address must be in Switzerland. All deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.
Pizza Express Massimo strives to meet the specified delivery times. However, these are non-binding estimated times, for which Pizza Express Massimo assumes no liability. Late deliveries generally do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or request a partial or full refund of the purchase price.
If an order cannot be or can only be difficultly executed for reasons not attributable to Pizza Express Massimo (e.g., incorrect delivery address, customer absence, etc.), Pizza Express Massimo can be released from the delivery obligation unless the customer promptly provides additional information. The customer is not entitled to a re-delivery or compensation for damages.
Due to short delivery times and the perishable nature of the products, orders cannot be changed or canceled, and delivered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices stated at the time of ordering on pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch or in the online shop are binding. Prices are stated in Swiss Francs and include delivery costs and VAT.
Payment is made by the customer via debit card, credit card, or Twint on pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch or in cash upon delivery. Payment by invoice is only possible by prior agreement.
5. Youth Protection
The sale of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to persons aged 16 and over for beer, wine, and cider, and aged 18 and over for spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops. When delivering alcoholic products, Pizza Express Massimo may require identity verification. Any claims from the customer in this regard are excluded.
6. Duty of Care of the Customer
The customer agrees to provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about their person and delivery address in the order form. Pizza Express Massimo assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from the failure to fulfill these obligations.
Pizza Express Massimo reserves the right to verify the information and exclude individuals who disregard the T&Cs from the online ordering service.
7. Availability and Modification of the Website pizzaexpressmassimo.fasteat.ch

9. Warranty and Liability

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Swiss law. Disputes are exclusively decided by Swiss courts.
